ZXKOL is a conversational AI platform for querying public social-media data — creators, viral content, trending charts, and comment sentiment — in natural language.

We may update, improve, or adjust the service at any time; material changes affecting your rights will be communicated in-app or by email.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure; you bear losses resulting from their disclosure.

You must be at least 18, or use the service with the consent and supervision of a guardian.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service.

Without written permission, you may not reverse-engineer, bulk-scrape, resell, or use the service to build a competing product.

You agree to use the service and the data it returns lawfully and legitimately, and not for harassment, fraud, privacy infringement, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose.

The service returns publicly available social-media data. You are solely responsible for how the retrieved data is subsequently used, stored, and processed, and for complying with relevant platform rules and applicable law.

The service runs on credits; some features consume credits per use, obtained via purchase or promotions. Except as required by law or otherwise agreed in writing, credits are non-refundable once used.

We may adjust credit pricing and consumption rules; adjustments do not affect the validity of credits you already hold.

We process only publicly available social-media data and strive to comply with applicable data-protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and PIPL. We do not sell personal data.

We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party platform data.

Intellectual property in the platform's software, interface, trademarks, copy, and other content belongs to ZXKOL or its licensors; rights in third-party content belong to their respective owners.

How we collect and process your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you agree to such processing.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZXKOL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably first.
